Google Art Project is an online platform through which the public can access high-resolution images of artworks housed in the initiative’s partner museums. The project was launched on 1 February 2011 by Google, in cooperation with 17 international museums. The platform enables users to virtually tour partner museums’ galleries, explore physical and contextual information about artworks, and compile their own virtual collection.

Circular Painting

A film for Discovery Channel. A stop motion, timelapse, motion control shot within a circular canvas. The two minute film was made over a non-stop 12 hour period which saw numerous street artists, musicians, painters and animators contribute their time and talent. The theme for the film was the fate of the earth and the challenges we face in preserving it. Artists that were involved: B. Devlin, L. Tolosana, W. Lewis, R. Treweek, D. Ting Chong, M. Morocco, T. Moon Humphreys, P. Ressel and J. Ginsburg.

One Hundred and Eight

An interactive wall-mounted Installation made out of ordinary garbage bags. Each of them is selectively inflated and deflated in turn by two cooling fans. As soon a viewer comes close it instantly reacts by drawing back and following the movements of the observer. As long as he remains in a certain area in front of the installation it dynamically reacts to the viewers motion. If, no longer, detects someone close it reorganizes itself and gently restarts wobbling around.

Sand Animation

Kseniya Simonova, borned in 1985, is a sand animator from Ukraine. She started drawing with sand after her business collapsed due to the 2008 financial crisis, and had less than a year's experience when she entered Ukraine's Got Talent. She became the 2009 winner of that show, constructing an animation that portrayed life during the USSR's Great Patriotic War against the Third Reich in World War II.
